Cancellation Policy
At Pilatyio, appointments are carefully planned to give each client the time, attention, and support they deserve. When a session is booked, that time is reserved just for you.
To keep the service running smoothly for everyone, the following cancellation guidelines apply.
Giving Notice:
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please let me know at least 24 hours in advance.
This allows the space to be offered to another client who may be waiting.
Late Cancellations
For one to one sessions:
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice are charged at the full session fee.
This is because the time has been set aside specifically for you, and short‑notice changes cannot usually be filled.
For Class Sessions:
Classes are booked as block bookings. This helps to build some routine and continuity to allow you to experience the full benefit of the exercises and see the changes. As a result, missed classes cannot be refunded as we are unable to fill the space. However, where possible an alternative session may be offered if available when informed of missed session at least 48 hours in advance. This is subject to availability of alternative classes.
Missed Appointments (No‑Shows)
If you do not attend your appointment and no contact is made, the full session fee will be charged.
A quick message is always appreciated if something unexpected happens.
If I Need to Cancel
If I ever need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, you will be notified as soon as possible, and no charges will apply. As soon as possible the session will be rearranged. If it is class that is cancelled, this session will be added at the end of your block.
